Want a sales job in a big FMCG company? Unilever Pakistan has two openings on its careers site right now: Instore Manager in Lahore and Territory Manager in Karachi. Both ask for a bachelor’s degree, and 1 to 4 years of FMCG sales experience is preferred, not compulsory.
Be quick: the Lahore listing shows 7 to 15 October and the Karachi listing shows 6 to 14 October. The pages do not give a separate closing date, so treat those dates as the deadline and apply early.
We are not Unilever and we do not recruit for the company. Apply only on the official Unilever careers site. Unilever says on its job pages that it never asks for money or card details during recruitment. If someone asks you to pay for a Unilever job, it is a scam.

What Will You Actually Do in These Roles?
Both roles are sales jobs in the market, not desk jobs. In simple words, from the job descriptions:
- Grow the sales volume of the products in your area.
- Make sure the products are well displayed in shops and look better than competitors.
- Work with distributors and shop owners and agree business plans with them.
- Look after profit and margin for the area.
- Lead and train a team of field staff.
- Track your targets and results, and fix what is not working.
The Karachi role also mentions planning routes for the sales team and supporting the digital side of selling.
Who Should Apply?
- Graduates who like working in the market and talking to people all day.
- Anyone with 1 to 4 years in FMCG, distribution or retail sales.
- People comfortable with Excel and basic data. Power BI is on the list, so learning it a little helps.
If you have no FMCG experience at all, you can still apply, because experience is marked as preferred. Your CV just needs to show real sales or customer work, even from internships or part-time jobs.
