The Indus River System Authority (IRSA) has announced 23 jobs for its telemetry project, and the last date to apply is 26 October 2026. That is only a few days away.
What is the IRSA Telemetry Project?
The project is called “Installation of Telemetry System for Real-Time Discharge Monitoring at 27 Key Sites on the Indus Basin Irrigation System”. In simple words, sensors will be placed at 27 important points on the irrigation system so that water flow can be tracked in real time instead of by manual readings. WAPDA is the executing agency of the project.
The jobs are project-based. The first contract is for one year, and it can be extended if your performance is good and the project still needs staff.
