ETEA, the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency, is running many Khyber Pakhtunkhwa recruitment projects at the same time. This ETEA jobs November 2026 guide lists the projects that are still open, with their project codes and last dates, and explains how to apply and what the fee is. The latest closing date is 20 November 2026, but several projects close in the next few days, so check the date of your post first.

Two more projects have already been covered on our site: the KP agriculture minority quota jobs (projects 878 and 880, last date moved to 5 November) and the Peshawar High Court jobs (project 882, 41 posts). The report also says Senior Civil Judge, Bannu has been extended to 30 November.
Details of the Main Projects
Project 871: DHO Upper Chitral, 20 Clinical Technicians
- BPS-12 posts for the Category D hospital at Booni: 7 surgical, 4 pharmacy, 3 anaesthesia, 3 pathology, 2 radiology and 1 ophthalmology.
- Qualification: Matric (science) in second division and a two-year diploma from the Faculty of Paramedics and Allied Health Sciences, KP.
- Age: 18 to 32 years. Upper Chitral domicile is required. The minimum pass mark in the ETEA test is 50%.
Project 873: Ayub Medical College, Pre Auditor
- One post (IPS-04), open to all Pakistan, age up to 40 years.
- Qualification: MBA Finance, M.Com, or CA, ICMAP or ACCA inter, plus 3 years of experience.
Project 874: PESCO, 4 Assistant Managers
- Two Assistant Managers (Finance), one (Transmission and Planning) and one (Demand Forecasting).
- Finance: CA/CMA inter, ACCA member, M.Com or MBA Finance, or a four-year B.Com/BBA Finance, with at least 3 years of experience.
- Engineering posts: a bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronic engineering, with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Age: 21 to 33 years. These are lump-sum contract posts, and PESCO says they will not be regularised.
For the other projects (869, 872, 875, 876, 877, 879, 881, 883 and 884) the report does not give the qualification, age or domicile rules. Open the advertisement of the project code on etea.online.
How to Apply for ETEA Jobs
- Create a profile on etea.online/apply with your CNIC and your own mobile number.
- Print the e-Sahulat token and verify it at a NADRA e-Sahulat franchise.
- Select the project code and the post.
- Print the deposit slip and pay the non-refundable fee through OneLink, Easypaisa or UBL.
- Keep the stamped slip. When ETEA sends an SMS, download your roll number slip.
- Apply separately for each post, and pay a separate fee for each.
- Do not post your documents to ETEA. Documents are asked for only after the screening test, if the department needs them.
- Late forms are not accepted.
- Some posts have their own rules, for example a form sent directly to the hospital. Always read the advertisement of your project code for such exceptions.
ETEA Fee
Most advertisements do not print the fee, so check the amount on your deposit slip before you pay. ETEA’s FAQ, as quoted in the report, lists these fees:

The fee for posts below BS-16 is not confirmed in the report. Always trust the amount on the official slip.
Domicile Rules
District offices usually hire only from their own district. Provincial offices accept any KP domicile. Some hospital and PESCO posts do not mention domicile at all, so read the advertisement. Tips Before You Apply
- Start the e-Sahulat step early. NADRA franchises can be busy near the last date.
- Use a mobile number that is registered in your own name, and do not port it during the process.
- Keep the stamped fee slip until the whole process is over.
